Number One Rule
Clean up after yourself and put things back where you found them
We do not have caretakers to clean up after campers. Please be considerate of Nicole and Grant (they still work full time).
DO NOT BUILD CAMPFIRES WITH CREEK ROCKS
TAKE ALL RUBBISH WITH YOU
DO NOT LEAVE GENERAL WASTE IN BINS
- READ the rules of Banks Creek Retreat – I’ve written them so we all get along and I don’t have to clean up after campers. Please RESPECT our wishes and be considerate of us and others.
- If you use something, return it to where you found it.
- If something looks dirty or needs a cleanup, we certainly appreciate any assistance you can offer. This is a community and we all need to look after the facilities so others can enjoy the location.

Banks Creek Retreat to Mt Nebo Walk
For those that wish to make a challenging walk, you can access the D’Aguilar National Park via the end of Banks Creek Road. Just keep heading past Banks Creek Retreat until you see a log house on the right. Just past this property is a small clearing with a track that leads into the bush and toward a National Park gate.
Ask Grant or Nicole about this if you wish to know more.
For safety, always let someone know if you are going to make this hike.
