Are you a current serving or former FIRST RESPONDER or ADF member? If so, we have an incredible opportunity awaiting you!

We are excited to announce an all-inclusive one day retreat specifically for frontline personnel, guided by experienced facilitators (Peta, Monique and Kate) who each have a service background. This means we KNOW what your stressors are like, and most importantly, we have the tools you NEED to deeply restore in mind, body and soul! (See facilitator bios below). Together, we warmly invite you to taste test a wide variety of holistic practices to nurture your mind, body and soul. Our combined program will recalibrate your nervous system, help you find mental clarity and fill up your cup! The nourishing tranquil forest setting at Banks Creek Retreat (via Fernvale) South East Queensland is restricted only to frontline personnel, so you will be amongst friends and like-minded people. Gosh! Don’t we all need this right now… Especially at this time of year! But wait…this event is proudly sponsored by Kingsley Lawson Lawyers honouring frontline service personnel and mental health week. Therefore, you won’t need to pay the original $199 ticket price. Be the first to snap up one of the limited yet extremely valuable tickets.

What’s included:
  • You will be guided to experience a mindful Forest therapy walk by a certified nature therapist and mindfulness educator. This internationally renowned evidence-based therapeutic practice will dissolve mental and physical stress and connect you back to finding peace and stillness in the present moment. Here you will reconnect back to your true nature and discover the wisdom within through nature journaling (Peta Jay).
  • You will be introduced to the practice of yoga, by Level 2 Yoga teacher and current serving PT instructor (Monique). Her expert teachings will deeply nourish your body and mind, and cater for all ability levels with modifications. She will leave you feeling physically and mentally rejuvenated.
  • You will be guided on the latest scientifically backed breath-work techniques for stress management and healing, as well as be introduced to soul-led holistic practices such as guided meditation, essential oils and sound healing to completely relax and restore your whole being (Kate).

On top of that, the retreat is fully catered, nourishing you with healthy snacks, lunch and refreshments, and you won’t leave empty handed, taking with you a gift bag of goodies, extending the wellness effects to home or work.

An opportunity like this could be a game changer in your health and well-being, providing practical tools and techniques that you can immediately integrate into your daily life in order to manage stress and prevent burnout. We are all so grateful for your service.

You deserve this. We hope to see you there!
