Event description

Suitable for women over 18+ and only to current or past serving ADF (RAAF/Navy/Army) members and/or Emergency Services Personnel (Fire, Police, SES, Ambulance, Corrections) 

Over a 2 & half hour period you will experience:

  • Connection, Communication, Confidence and Clarity under the Full Moon.
  • Exploring the traditions of Women’s circles, where gathering as individuals empowers you to feel, speak, see, be heard and held – (energetically or physically) by those around you. All gathering for similar intentions.
  • Experience the medicinal art of Yoga – where gentle movement is medicine for the mind, body and soul. You’ll be guided through beautiful asanas, channeling the breath and encouraged to listen to your body, moving only how she pleases. You’ll learn how to move, breath and feel without judgment, force or demand, all with pure love and light.
  • Light Refreshments will be provided. E.g Sparkling Water & fresh fruit and snacks. (All Gluten and Dairy Free)
  • You’ll physically take home 1 free yoga pass to any ‘TrueBalance Mind⚖️Body’ session and an Unearthed Crystal; holistically you’ll take home in abundance!

Please bring the following:

  • Water Bottle
  • Pillow/Cushion to sit on
  • Optional: A special item to place on the centre alter for energetic alignment

Note:

  • Yoga Mats and blocks are provided. Proudly donated by Defence Health.
  • If you are yet to visit banks creek, please be aware to enter from Fernvale – Banks creek road. There are unsealed roads, however very accessible.
  • Open to all levels and abilities, however in order for me to support you and hold space, please let me know if there are any personal ailments/conditions that would need to be taken into consideration.

Currently serving 20 years in the Royal Australian Air Force is a Physical Training Instructor, Yoga Alliance ‘My Health Yoga’ Lvl 2 Teacher and Resilience and Wellbeing Coach. Through adversity Monique became the founder and creator of ‘True Balance Mind Body’ identifying the undeniable importance of Holistic health and well-being. Monique teaches to groups and individuals, empowering all who cross her path to master the art of mind, body and breath connection. In her presence you’ll find comfort in stillness, space to breath and freedom of movement, drawing you into pure alignment.
